Career Reach, with a dedicated team of Consultants from various disciplines, is headed by the Founder and Managing Consultant, Mr.M.G.N.Unnithan.
Mr.Unnithan is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and the Madras School of Social Work. Had held various management positions in reputed Companies in India and Overseas. To state, is his longest stints with the Unilever Group as Recruitment Manager with Hindustan Lever and Management Personnel Manager with Brooke Bond India.

Mr Masilamani, is Sr. Consultant for Bangalore Operations. He did his MBA from S V University, Tirupati and MBL from Bangalore University. Served more than two decades at various management levels in HR and Admin functions. Last held job was Chief Manager (Personnel & Admin) at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.
Ms. Sachi Singh, is Sr.Consultant and Head of Mumbai Operations. She did her MBA and PDGMM from IIM, Delhi. Has over 2 years experience as HR Manager with a CMM Level V Company.
Mr. Mandar Karmakar, is Sr.Consultant for Pune Operations. He graduated from Mumbai University. Has served more than a decade at various management levels in Sales and Marketing functions in various Telecom Companies. He was the Sales Manager at DSS Mobile Communications Ltd., (Mobilink), Mumbai.
Mr.P.J.Mathew, is Senior Consultant for Cochin Operations. He graduated from Kerala University. Has served more than a decade at various management levels in Sales and Marketing functions in Consumer Durables,FMCG, FMCG, IT Products Companies such as Hawkins,BPL,Panasonic and Aptech.. He was the Managing Director of Cherry Enterprises Pvt.Ltd.
